Sourdough bread is easier to digest and fermented in a way that depletes bad starches.  It’s also better for those with gluten-sensitive stomachs. We’ve partnered with Bartizan Bread Factory to create a dairy-free, traceable sourdough bread made specially for TOKYO SANDO.

In America, sandwiches are practically a culinary staple; an artistry of curating the right condiment spread with complimenting meats, cheeses, produce and flavors.  With the lack of true artisanal variety, Tokyo Sando came about to bring you a fresh perspective to the American sandwich with some of our deli favorites.  We believe in using only the highest quality ingredients, little to no preservatives and hand-picked selection of fixin’s to help enliven an everyday meal and have you enjoying every bite.
